You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during your engagement with us.
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials for our Site and services. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Service Terms and Payment

Pricing and Payment Terms: Fees for our services will be outlined in an individual agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). Payment terms are as follows:
- 40% upfront payment due upon signing the agreement.
- 30% payment due at a milestone of partial completion, as determined in the agreement.
- 30% payment due upon final delivery and approval of the project.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as specified in your agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur penalties, and Abwisk Inc. reserves the right to pause services until overdue amounts are settled.

Project Timeline and Milestones

Abwisk Inc. will provide estimated timelines for each project stage. These timelines are estimates and are subject to change based on factors such as client feedback, project scope adjustments, or unforeseen delays.
Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly.

Client Feedback and Approvals

Timely feedback and approvals are essential to maintaining project timelines. Delays in feedback or approvals may lead to project delays for which Abwisk Inc. is not liable.
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in their agreement. Additional revisions beyond those agreed upon may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon completion and full payment, ownership of any materials created during the project will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
License: Abwisk Inc. retains the right to use any non-confidential elements of the work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. Any non-public information provided to us will be protected as per our Privacy Policy.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

General Disclaimer: Abwisk Inc. provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Abwisk Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Site or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
